Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, working in partnership with Harrow Council and covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.
• Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.
• Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.
• Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.
• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.
• Participating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
• Basic DBS Check
