Warehouse Manager

Location: South East England
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Benefits

An established and highly regarded manufacturer within the HVAC and building controls sector is looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for its UK warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on management position, responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent service levels to customers.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and distribution operation
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team
• Oversee goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and inventory control
• Manage workload and resource planning to meet customer demand
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Ensure health & safety procedures and company standards are maintained
• Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal departments
• Support continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems

The Person

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager or strong Warehouse Supervisor ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally have experience within a technical product, engineering, HVAC, electrical or manufacturing environment, although wider distribution experience will also be considered.

You should be comfortable leading from the front, managing people and implementing improvements rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
