⏰Working Hours: Part time Wednesday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm

💷Hourly rate: £14ph paid on a weekly basis

Responsibilities:

As a School receptionist, your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and managing day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Signing in visitors and ensuring security protocols are followed
• Sending out communication 📬
• Taking and managing school registers
• Answering emails and phone inquiries promptly 📞
• Dealing with staff, pupil, and parent queries efficiently

Essential experience:

• Must have a DBS on the update service
• Previous recent office-based experience in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
