Vivo Talent is working with a growing organisation based in Twickenham to recruit a Service Desk Technician into their team. They require an individual that will join the team and offer both 1st and 2nd line support to the wider business both internally and externally. 

As the Service Desk Technician, you will play a key role in supporting IT applications and services across various sites to ensure resilience and optimisation within these areas. While offering this support, there will be an opportunity for you to grow and expand your skill set.

Responsibilities 

• Work with the wider Service Desk team to ensure delivery of the key SLAs and KPIs. 
• Deliver excellent customer service to all key stakeholders both internally and externally. 
• Classify and prioritise problems, document their causes and implement remedies. 
• Support user hardware and business applications. 
• Work with third parties to ensure that the required level of service is received from all the suppliers.

Requirements

• Service desk experience (1st & 2nd line)
• Microsoft Systems 
• Office 365
• Ticketing Systems
