Job Description:

Commercial Manager / Pre Construction Manager

Senior QS / Estimator

Looking for someone with experience within groundworks, formwork, reinforced concrete and RC frames, who can help manage the commercial side of a business and develop new work.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with clients and Quantity Surveyors
• Managing incoming enquiries and tenders
• Follow up quotations
• Seek new opportunities
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinating estimators and QS’s
• Help secure further work

The successful candidate will be commercially minded and understand the main contractor / subcontract market and be confident speaking directly with clients.

Preferably to start on a freelance basis, ideally 5 days a week at the office in North West London.  

This subcontractor is looking to grow in size and the job would suit someone from a commercial background who has previous experience of winning contracts within groundworks, formwork, reinforced concrete and rc frames with projects ranging between £1mil and £5 mil.
