📚 SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR – HIGH BARNET
Immediate Start | Full-Time | DBS on Update Service Required

A specialist school in High Barnet is looking for a reliable, organised and approachable School Administrator to join its team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

⭐ THE ROLE
As a School Administrator, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, working closely with staff, pupils, parents and visitors.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing general school administration
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and school documentation
• Supporting staff with administrative tasks
• Assisting with pupil records and attendance administration
• Organising correspondence and paperwork
• Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact
• Helping the wider school team wherever required
