We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Feltham.

To be considered for this role you'll need previous experience in driving or industrial Recruitment or Transport / Logistics HGV company.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, with responsibility for:

• Account management and developing strong client relationships
• Business development and winning new business
• Candidate sourcing using job boards, CV databases and social media
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Placing HGV and non-HGV drivers with clients
• Ensuring candidates are fully compliant
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network

We're looking for someone who is confident, resilient and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You'll need:

• Previous experience in Recruitment, Transport or Logistics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong work ethic and genuine desire to succeed
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
