Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background.

Candidates must have experience working on high-end luxury residential new build, fit-out or refurbishment projects.

• Main contractor experience
• Luxury residential project experience
• Strong commercial and cost-management skills
• Experience with valuations, variations, subcontractors and final accounts
