Our client, VINCI Facilities, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for a commercially minded and people-focused Learning and Development Manager to lead learning, leadership and capability development across their organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning that supports both business success and individual growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
• Act as a trusted advisor on learning, leadership and capability development.
• Identify development needs and create practical learning solutions that support organisational goals.
• Lead and enhance leadership development programmes across a range of employee levels.
• Design, manage and evaluate learning initiatives covering technical, behavioural and leadership development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts and external learning partners.
• Support succession planning, talent development and workforce capability initiatives.
• Use learning data and insights to measure effectiveness and inform future development strategies.
• Ensure training activity meets compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, coaching and professional development.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in learning and development within a complex operational environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience creating and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Knowledge of organisational development, talent management and capability frameworks.
• Ability to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Experience managing external learning providers and development partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A practical, collaborative approach with the confidence to work strategically and hands-on.
• Experience within facilities management, engineering, construction, infrastructure or a similar operational sector would be advantageous.
