Later Living Community Manager 

We're looking for a dedicated Later Living Community Manager to join our West London team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting residents aged 55+ to live independently in a safe, welcoming and thriving community.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Later Living community, acting as the main point of contact for residents, resolving housing and maintenance issues, promoting wellbeing and community engagement, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver excellent housing management and customer service to residents.
• Support residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services when needed.
• Manage tenancy sign-ups, resident enquiries and community communications.
• Monitor repairs, maintenance and estate services, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding and wellbeing concerns.
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, local agencies and colleagues.
• Organise community activities that promote health, wellbeing and resident engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire safety requirements.
• Provide cover across other West London communities when required.

What you’ll need

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in housing management, residential services or supporting vulnerable adults. 
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 
• Knowledgeable about health and safety, safeguarding and risk management. 
• An effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills. 
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and use good judgement. 
• Resilient, empathetic and committed to creating positive outcomes for residents. 
• Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
