Fire Sprinkler Project Manager - High Hazard

Watford / London - £70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established, LPCB Level 4 accredited fire protection specialist with over 20 years in the industry is looking for an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to take ownership of high hazard installation projects across London and the South East. This is a business that has built a strong reputation on quality delivery and is continuing to grow. The pipeline is there, the team is experienced, and they need someone capable of running a high hazard project simultaneously from design coordination through to handover.

The Role

You'll be managing end-to-end delivery of commercial sprinkler installations across high hazard environments which will include coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, controlling budgets and programmes, overseeing site progress and quality, and ensuring everything is delivered to LPCB Level 4 standards. It's a varied role across a strong project portfolio, and no two schemes are the same.

What They Need

Proven project management experience within the fire sprinkler installation sector is essential, as is a solid working knowledge of high hazard systems and LPCB requirements. Strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple live projects concurrently, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are all expected at this level.

The Package
