Job Description:

Bookkeeper

Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with an established and growing consumer goods business who is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its finance team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping across both accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage, including AP, AR, invoice processing and payment allocation
• Complete bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage supplier and customer accounts, including queries, outstanding invoices and payment runs
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports
• Support month-end processes and general finance administration
• Provide wider support to the finance function as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance role
• Hands-on experience using Sage
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Salary + other information

• 5 days a week in Harrow
• £35,000 - £40,000
• Permanent
