Job Description:
Join a thriving business at an exciting stage of its growth as a Bid Coordinator/Administrator, working closely with the Commercial Manager and playing a key role in the tender process.
You’ll be at the heart of the action, managing tender documentation, keeping projects organised and making sure every submission is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, organisation and initiative really matter. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the process, make a real impact and become an important part of a successful commercial team.
Salary: Up to £45,000 Depending on experience
Driver is essential & a sensible commute within 30 minutes of Egham
Key Responsibilities of a Bid Coordinator/Administrator- Review incoming tenders and project documentation.
- Organise and manage large volumes of tender information.
- Set up and maintain clear project folders.
- Manage tender checklists and submission deadlines.
- Ensure all required documents and information are complete and submitted on time.
- Support the Commercial Manager and wider commercial team.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts for missing information.
- Maintain accurate records and document control.
- Help improve and streamline the tender process.
We’re looking for someone who:- Has excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple deadlines and work at pace.
- Is confident dealing with large amounts of information.
- Is proactive and takes ownership of their work.
- Has strong IT and document management skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a busy commercial team.
Construction industry experience would be highly desirable, particularly within a tendering, bids or commercial environment.
Experience with Procore and Oracle Aconex would also be a strong advantage.
